New 2023 Tata Nexon Interior, Features, Variant Details Revealed

The eagerly awaited updated Tata Nexon and Nexon EV, set to debut on September 14, 2023, have been spotted several times during testing, revealing intriguing design elements and feature enhancements. With the launch just around the corner, we now have exclusive interior spy images that unveil the new two-spoke steering wheel adorned with a backlit Tata logo, inspired by the Curvv concept. This steering wheel design will be reserved for the higher variants, while lower trims will retain the current unit.

Another major upgrade is the introduction of a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a matching 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster. Lower trims will continue to offer the existing 7-inch touchscreen infotainment setup. The facelifted Nexon will also feature additions like a 360-degree camera, front parking sensors, and sequential LED DRLs and taillamps.

New Tata Nexon Steering

As part of the mid-life update, the Tata Nexon lineup will adopt a new variant nomenclature similar to the Punch mini SUV. Various trims will be available, including Smart, Smart+, Smart+ (S), Pure+, Pure+ (S), Creative, Creative+, Creative+ (S), Fearless, Fearless (S), and Fearless+ (S). According to a media report, the top-tier 2023 Tata Nexon Fearless+ trim may exclusively offer features such as leatherette upholstery, a premium sound system with a subwoofer, ventilated front seats, a slim-bezel 10.25-inch touchscreen with over-the-air updates, and connected car technology.

The standard feature package for the SUV includes a two-spoke steering wheel, front power windows, fabric seat upholstery, manual HVAC controls, a 4-inch LCD digital instrument cluster, central locking, multiple drive modes, six airbags, three-point seatbelts for all seats, electronic stability program, LED headlamps with reflectors, LED DRLs, and LED taillamps. The new Nexon also has goodies such as leather wrapped steering wheel, wireless charger, express cooling, rear armrest with cupholders, cruise control, auto folding ORVMs, rear view camera, tyre pressure monitoring system, etc.
