Odysse Vader Electric Bike Launched – Price, Range, Features

Odysse Electric Vehicles has launched a new electric motorbike Odysse Vader in the Indian market. The Vader is India’s first motorbike to feature a 7-inch android display and can be controlled by an Application and Bluetooth connectivity. This made-in-India electric motorcycle is available at an introductory price of Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom Ahmedabad).

The Odysse Vader is claimed to offer a range of 125km on Eco mode and is powered by the Odysse EV App which is available on Android. This EV App comes with connectivity features such as Bike Locator, Geo fence, Immobilization, Anti-theft, track & trace, Low battery Alert among many other utilities that are essential for ease in navigation for two-wheeler users. The electric motorbike is available in five colours – Midnight Blue, Fiery Red, Glossy Black, Venom Green and Misty Grey.

Odysse VADER- 7” Android Display

The Odysse VADER is powered by a 3000 Watts electric motor that has a top speed of 85kmph. The electric motorcycle comes with combi braking system (CBS), 240mm disc brake at the front and 220mm disc brake on the rear side. The motorcycle has a kerb weight of 128kgs. It comes with an IP67 AIS 156 approved lithium-ion battery pack that can be fully charged in 4 hours. 

The electric motorbike features a 7-inch Android display, Google Maps navigation, an 18-litres of storage space, OTA update and Bluetooth connectivity. It has LED lighting system and regenerative braking system. The company is offering a 3 years warranty on battery, and 3 years warranty on Powertrain.

Odysse Vader Specs

Odysse VADER will be available for booking Online and across the company’s dealership network of 68 outlets at a booking amount of INR 999. The deliveries of Odysse VADER will commence from July this year.

New Mahindra XUV700 MX 7-Seater – Price, Features Explained

Mahindra & Mahindra has expanded its XUV700 SUV lineup with a new entry-level 7-seater variant, the MX, priced at Rs 15 lakh. It’s about Rs 40,000 more expensive than the 5-seater version and Rs 3 lakh cheaper than the AX3 7-seater variant. Yamaha Aerox S Priced at Rs 1.50 Lakh; Gets Smart Key

Yamaha Motor India has introduced the new Aerox S variant with keyless ignition and a few more features. This new variant has been priced at Rs 1,50,000, thus making it Rs 3300 more expensive from the standard variant. It can be had in two colour schemes – Silver and Racing Blue. By simply pressing a button on the smart key, you can easily locate the scooter as it triggers flashing indicators and emits a distinctive sound. Instead of the conventional slot, the key knob conveniently adjusts to various positions, whether it’s powering on/off the scooter or opening the fuel cap.
