4 Hyundai Cars To Get Updates – All Key Details
Hyundai Motor India recently rolled out the facelifted versions of the Grand i10 Nios hatchback and Aura compact sedan. The company has further planned to update its four popular models including the i20 hatchback, Creta, Tucson and Alcazar SUVs. One must note that the official launch timeline and details of the aforementioned Hyundai cars are yet to be revealed. Though, these are expected to go on sale by the end of 2024. Here’re some key details of the upcoming new Hyundai cars.
Hyundai i20
Minimal changes are expected to be made to the new Hyundai i20 facelift. The spy images reveal that the hatchback might get the front grille with redesigned inserts, slightly revised bumper, newly-designed alloy wheels and Venue-inspired taillamps. In terms of features, the updated i20 might get new interior theme and seat upholstery along with the ventilated front seats. Powering the hatchback could be the same 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol, 1.0L turbo petrol and 1.5L diesel engines. Hyundai Creta
The new Creta facelift is surely one of the much-awaited upcoming Hyundai cars in 2024. The SUV will come with the Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) offering safety features such as automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring system, forward collision avoidance and lane assist. Features such as new seat upholstery, a 360 degree camera and new digital instrument console. Significant changes will be made to its exterior as well. Hyundai Tucson
The Hyundai Tucson facelift is currently in its initial testing phase. Some of its design changes could be inspired by Palisade including the parametric grille with a thick chrome strip and squarish LED elements near DRLs. The SUV might receive a bunch of new features as well. Similar to the current version, the Tucson facelift could be offered with the 2.0L petrol and 2.0L diesel engines making 154bhp with 192Nm and 184bhp with 416Nm respectively. Both motors can be had with a 6-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox. The range-topping diesel variants will have 4WD system.
Hyundai Alcazar
The South Korean automaker has started testing the Alcazar facelift that’s likely to come with minor cosmetic and feature upgrades. One of the major upgrades will come in the form of ADAS (advanced driver assistance system). A few changes will be made to its front fascia including a slightly tweaked radiator grille, LED headlamps and LED fog lamps. Under the hood, the new Hyundai Alcazar facelift will be the same 2.0L petrol and 1.5L turbo diesel engines making 157bhp and 113bhp respectively.
